Prototype plastic injection mold tooling produce real injection molded parts for functional testing. It can also serve as bridge tooling to fill the manufacturing gap before mass production which can help customer to save time and cost. Prototype molded parts has the shape and functionality, but may not have fine color or good enough surface finish. Prototype molds are warrantied up to 10,000 cycles, whereas our production molds carry a lifetime warranty.
